Surepoint Lending - Abn First Residential Mortgage Network - BOBBY NICHOLS CREDIT WHERE IT'S DUE!

I believe that if a company makes your life a living hell, it should be reported. Likewise, if a company makes your life a pleasure, that should be reported, too. After dealing with a predatory lender, then trying for a YEAR to refi with another broker, which didn't work out, I came across Surepoint Lending out of Indiana, and one of their people, Bobby Nichols.

Although refinancing is never a pleasure, Mr. Nichols made the process as painless as was possible. I contacted him in early December and our refi closed on January 13. Everything took about 1.5 mos., and the interest rate, rolling the first and second into a first, was less than that of our 1st mortgage and got us out of a second at 13.875%.

I cannot say enough good things about Bobby Nichols and Surepoint Lending (the Indiana branch). Courtesy of their efforts, we can breathe again and I recommend the company and Mr. Nichols without reservation.
