On 06/24/06, I visited the organization to buy a complete security alarm. The sales consultant, Scott Johnston, was very useful as well as provided me a that I really couldnot decline. They explained the installment might consider three hours plus they might contact me when it had been completed. I paid $249. Three 5 hours later, there is still no-call. Therefore, I named them back plus they explained they were completing it-up also it could be prepared in 45 minute. To one hour. Two 5 hours folded by but still no-call. Again, I called-up there in order for them to inform me my vehicle was completed. I returned as much as the organization and acquired my vehicle. Although touring along Birmingham street, I observed a break in my own window at eye-level about the owners part, right in my own watch, where they conducted the alarm installation. All over the break was their hand images. I immediately named the organization with my criticism, stating that I understand that my window wasn't damaged before I visited them for support. I talked towards the store-manager, Nathan about that issue. The discussion went nowhere. Nathan simply kept telling me it had been there before I went in to the shop. About the "before installation examination" linen, there's a location with two traces for "remarks on exterior." On July/26m I requested Nathan why which was created in privately of the document rather than the two lines supplied. He explained that there is no further space about the document for that remark. Nevertheless, there's a 7-inch point straight underneath the discuss outside part. I understand my window wasn't damaged before my support using the organization.
