I purchased an exterior car wash. After going through the machine car wash, I was directed to a spot where an employee hand dried my vehicle. I sat in the vehicle as this was done watching intently on the service I was receiving. The employee was working at a feverish pace. The employee lifted my wipers and as he reached to clean the windshield, he aggressively struck it. This caused the wiper blade to fall off and the metal arm that holds the wiper blade struck my windshield and produced a 5 inch crack. I brought this to the attention of the employee who immediately apologized and said he would get his manager. After explaining to the manager of what occurred, he said that the blade was defective and that's what caused the windshield to crack. I told him that his employee broke the windshield wiper which caused it to strike my windshield and crack it. He later went on to say that this was my fault and that I would not receive anything for this.
