Took my Jeep in to the local Jeep dealership to be repaired and when they brought it out of the shop to me... They had cracked my windshield and never even told me!

I made an appointment for service on my Jeep at Asher Motors in Spencer, IA to fix a problem I was having with it. The keys were stuck in the ignition. The service manager was very rude throughout my whole experience setting up the appointment and until I picked up my Jeep. First of all the service manager did not set an appointment time... He told me to have the Jeep there on Wed. Dec. 23 when they opened. He told me the earlier the better. He also told me I would have a ride home when I dropped it off. However, when I dropped it off around 8:15 am he did NOT offer me a ride so I asked for a loaner vehicle. The service manager barked at me that I would need to ask for a loaner in the showroom. I did get a loaner vehicle from a saleslady and that was no problem. I was never told how long my Jeep would need to be in the shop. At 3:30 that afternoon I still had not heard from anyone at Asher Motors regarding my Jeep. So I called them and the service manager rudely told me they were "looking at my Jeep right now." He said he had NO idea how much longer they would need to work on it. At 5:00 pm I started to worry that the service department would be closing and I had still heard nothing regarding my Jeep being done. So I drove to Asher Motors. When I got there the service manager sarcastically said, "There she is!" I told him I had waited and waited to hear back from them. He claimed he called me at 4:30 pm but there were no calls on my phone from Asher Motors. The other service dept guy rang up my bill of $110.00 for getting my keys out of the ignition, while the manager went and got my Jeep from the inside of their shop and drove it out and parked it for me. I explained that I would be in the next day to pay my bill and left to get in my Jeep. When I got in the Jeep the first thing I noticed was my windshield was cracked, a big star pattern type of cracks, about 10" in diameter. I stared in disbelief and shock. The crack is right where I need to look out my windshield and they DID NOT EVEN TELL ME ANYTHING HAPPENED TO MY JEEP!!! Did they really think I wouldn't notice a broken windshield? My windshield was in excellent, uncracked condition at 8:15 when I left Asher Motors. It's just ridiculous that they didn't tell me that my Jeep windshield had been damaged and so badly. I have tried talking to a sales lady, an owner of Asher motors, and the service department but they won't admit any fault. I would be scared to go back to have any type of service on a vehicle after what I have been through there. They also had my Jeep from 8:15 am until 5:15 pm and told me they couldn't do an oil change for me that day. I am hoping they did not damage anything else on my Jeep and don't want them to repair the windshield at their shop after this ordeal. I want them to pay for the damaged windshield and have it repaired somewhere else. I was also yelled at by a guy who said he was one of the owners, as if I asked to have my Jeep windshield broken while it was being serviced there. The service at Asher Motors was very unprofessional.
