I am seeking assistance before I totally expose this company. My car was "stolen" in February 05. I called Drive who assured me they had not repossessed it and I made a police report. Lo and behold this past week I recieved a letter stating they had "disposed of the collateral pledged to secure the indebitness". When I spoke with Drive, they said they had not repo'd the car and the letter is "a standard letter" they send to all customers. Just wondering what the thought is on this.
