Ford stole my ssi checks

My son became disabled in April of 04, I was making his payments for his truck, I bearly make it on my small pension and SSI, When payments could no longer be make my son called Ford and explained the problem, My son was about to get all back payments from SSDI. He explained this to Ford and was told to bring his truck in and they would hol it until he got his money (within 2 weeks), Him and a friend drove his truck to ford and was told again that they would hold it until he received his money, 1 wk later they put his truck up for auction, Sold a truck for 1000.00 and charged him for the balance due whick included towing storage and payments. Remember he took the truck to them, the paperwork showing the sale was not EVEN HIS TRUCK. We have proof of that as well.

Ford took me and my son to court for total of 12,000.00, and won the sorry judge must have had a bad day because all of our proof was no good to him but was good enough for Fords Lawyer. Because Ford's lawyer in front of our lawyer said that he would write it off as a hardship case.

Next thing I know Ford's lawyer Scott E. Peters of Thieblot, Ryan ET. AL had frooze all bank accounts that had my name on it, which is 3 total, Mine, My brothers, who is in Japan in the service and has a home in Baltimore, I was taking care of the payments, he deposited his money monthly to cover the payments. And my grandsons whos name was also on the account, Ford made sure that I can't touch any of these accounts, The money Ford is stealing is pension and SSDI's money, I can't pay for my house because Ford still has a hold on all the accounts. I don't have any more money to pay for a lawyer, Where do I go from here.

Is Ford so hard up that they will steal a persons SSDI check, the is to that is YES. Any ideas would help, besides me going postal on Ford...
