Wont Replace A Car I Had A Month That Keeps Breaking Down JD ByRider They ripped me off and sold me a car that always breaks down and wont the car or give me my money back Ripoff

I bought a 1997 Monte Carlo from JD ByRider less then a month ago and the car has been in the shop now more then twice. Every time It goes in the shop not only will they not give me a loaner but they wont replace the car. I have been calling lawyers and no one will help
