I initially purchased and had installed a "newly rebuilt Transmission" for my 1994 Chevy Full Size Blazer (which had a little over 200,000 miles on it at that time). It was 4 times longer than I was initially told in terms of downtime for my truck, mind you I work security... No truck no work! The price was higher due to "issues with the removal, the core, and the reinstall"! That was bad, but I thought " I am thru the worst of it now and have hte truck back". Wrong!!!
I had the truck back for less than 4 mos. Then Surprise surprise (not for anyone that has dealt with them), My transmission went... Now when I buy used, I don't expect the item to last as long as new would, but AT LEAST ONE THIRD OF THAT TIME should not be to much to ask??? Right? WRONG, I HAD bought the extended warranty, DID NO GOOD the mileage was less than 1200 over warranty and I was only 3 to 4 mos into a 12 month warranty. BUT NOPE That was said ONLY once, I set the record straight very quickly on that, willing to back up with phone records, etc.!
THEN as I continued to have issues with the NEW one, still unable to get them (primarily John the "SERVICE MANAGER"), and his newest cohort Vicki) to return phone calls or schedule ANY kind of an appointment to have it CHECKED BEFORE IT WENT. So now here I sit NO TRUCK AGAIN, WITH THE PROMISE OF LOOKING AT IT PERSONALLY (this by John), Mon "if at ALL possible, but TUES at the latest, and the one call wasn't even FROM JOHN... SO BUYERS BEWARE no not Even Beware. When it comes to THIS company RUN RUN as fast and as far as You can, but DO NOT I repeat DO NOT do business with them!!!
