On dec 9 i purchased a 4x4 truck from tropical auto sales on east conial drive in orlando florida along with a warranty from phoenix american warranty company i only purchased this truck because it had a warranty
The dealer told me some parts needed to be replaced by ford befour i take delivery at the shops cost. I did not get delivery of my truck until after chrismas and had already made a payment and had to get insurance for the whole month i didnt even have it.
We took the truck to an overnight trip for new years and barely made it back home because something was wrong with the truck. I had a fuel pump replaced then a water pump on claims, then several others parts failed now my turbo and injectors and bearing need to replaced and phoenix claims i have no warranty because i bought the truck with oversize tires and a lift
I have put over 1400 cash into repairs almost 600 for car rental 1400 for smaller tires and paid 1774 for the warranty. The dealer or the warranty company should be liable right?
The truck would not run on the 2nd of feb. 2012 and i have been waiting to have it repaired the warranty company will not pay any repairs of rental car reimbersment. I paid for approx. 1400 in repairs since i bought it. I dont think i should get stuck with a unrealiable truck with no warranty and a llarge balance owed
