We bought an extended warranty on a Dodge Ram Pickup at Sansone Auto Mall, it was a with a 60 day warranty left, so we purchased an extended warranty, the most expensive one. The truck needed so much work, that if we didn't get an extended warranty, we'd be paying through the nose already. Finally after the transmission went, we brought it to a shop to be repaired. He told us it also needed a cooler because it was to constricted to be flushed out. When the adjustor went to review the damages that had to be fixed, he agreed with the mechanic that the cooler had to be replaced, (We have a letter from the mechanic that he agreed with him) When we called Phoenix American, they said they were only paying for the cooler to be flushed out. We told them not only are we covered for that part to be replaced, that we were told it couldn't be, it was too restristed. I don't care if the part wasn't restricted, if it's covered under our warranty, and we paid for it, I want it replaced. There last words to us is that they were not going to pay for the cooler. I have the book, also, which has all the parts that are covered and the ones that aren't, the cooler is one of the parts that are covered.
