Wheel Alignment Not In Line

I went to Sears Auto Center in Green Acre Mall, New York to get a wheel alignment, tire balance and oil change. At first I was told my car would be ready in 1 (one) hour only to find that when I returned to pick up my car, the car still hadn't been worked on the place was full of customers and I was the secound customer to drop my car off that morning. I asked for my keys back only to be told that I wasn't getting them back because the car was on its way into the shop. Five minutes later the car was taken in.

The next thing I know, I was told I needed a new front tire. I found it to be odd because I had just replaced the tire a month ago. Because Sears didn't sell the Continental brand that was on my Jaguar I oppt for two Michelin Pilot A/S radials. I heard they were good tires.

Four hours later, the tech drives my car out of the shop and takes it for a test drive around the parking lot he gives me the green light all is well. I pay $400.00 and I'm on my way.

Five minutes down the road the car is drifting to the right and left. I can't go back there cause I have to pick up my wife so I call and let them know my car is still drifting. The first chance I get I take the car to a different Sears in Paramus New Jersey on From Rd. I tell them the problem and leave the car with them to fix.

I dropped the car off at 7:30am and pick it up at 4:15pm. Five minutes into the drive the car is still drifting to the left and right. I take it back to Paramus New Jersey and they tell me that my back tires don't match my front tires that's why its drifting so I say replace the back tires with the same tire that's on the front.

I pick the car up pay out another $290.00, drive the car off and its still drifting to the left and right. I take the car back and the Manager stills me the frame of my car is bent. Impossible because my Jaguar is a 2003 and its never been hit. He claimed the frame was bent by a pot hole.in the case the frame was in fact bent the repair shop is suppose to tell you "Sir we can not align your car because the frame is bent." That didn't happen.

What did happen was I asked for a stat report of the alignment. Get this, the alignment was out according to the print out after the first Sears did the job. I called the store and ask for my money back. They didn't want to give it back.

So I went to the store and almost ended up in jail because of some of the things that transpired. I calm down and called my wife who called the head manager and after some kind words with him they are returning my money for the wheel alignment. Whoopie! What about the money for two tires I didn't need.
