Purchased a new dodge truck was told that truck had been under coated seat protected and also paint protection. When questioned them they said the 799 decor goup was bug shiel bed liner and pinstripe when told was charged twice for those item then they state that it was undercoated paint and seat protecting toldthem that it had not been done they checked there paperwork and stated on tape that these items where already installed.
Then they claim due to the price paid they were not going to do anything to comply with staetments made bythere sales manager on tape that these items were installed. Then another sale manager tells me they never installundercoating nor bill for it. It is impossible to get a straight honest answer from any one at the dealership on dealerinstalled items. Just rip people of then blow u off.
