I purchased a new 2002 Dakota from Lustin dodge (big mistake) With the purchase was included a dealer package. The package included interior treatment, paint protectant, undercoating, and bed extender ($1600). At the time of sale the dealer tried to tell me everything was already on the truck, I just needed the bed extender to be ordered. I questioned the dealer about it, and had to make the sales man go outside and look under the truck to show him the truck had no undercoating.
Lustine finally wrote me a "WE OWE" slip. The dealer was suppose to contact me to set up when to have the work done. About a month later I went into the dealer to find out what was taking so long. They had lost the paper work and said they didn't owe me anything. I had to find my copies of the recipe to show that they did. To make a long story short, it is now a year later and every time I go into the dealership they give me the run around.
I have requested a refund for the items I paid for and never received (dealer package). The last time I was in their they flat out refused to talk to me, and said they do not give refunds, they can only help If I was willing to purchase a new truck. I have complained to Chrysler, and they apologized, and noted that this is one of many reasons Lustine is not a five star Dodge dealer.
