Promised one thing and int fine print changed it

I recently purchased a new Jeep Liberty from Jacksonville Chrysler-Jeep. After going thru their sales experience, we came to terms. I was then taken to the finance dept., where Eric sold me gap protection and an extended warranty. Everything was settled. I asked Eric if I was going to get back my gap protection from the car I was trading and he said yes. I then asked him; was I going to get my cancellation from my extended warranty on my trade. This amount was $1300. He told me no. I then told: give me back my old keys, I'm out of here. Eric asked what the problem was? I told him the sales manager told this was the deal we had agreed to and I was going to get back the whole $1300.

Eric at this point said: wait, let me go talk to someone. He comes back to and asks me how can we make this work? I told him give me my $1300. He said that can't happen. I said, at the very least I want half. He said, wait I'll be right back. He comes back and tells me agreed, I will get half. So, they raise my monthly payment from $516 to $526. He says I'll be getting my check in 20 -30 days.

I get my check and Chrysler takes out $650 on Monday. I'm mad and drive down there. I get put in an office with the finance manager (Gary). I tell him what happened and he tells me impossible. He says: Eric is unauthorized to negotiate deals. We wait for Eric to come into his office. Eric comes in and doesn't remember to much. So, I say let me refresh your memory. As, I'm telling what happens. Eric interrupts and says, yeah that's right you where to get half the extended warranty. He tells Gary he spoke with someone in sales and they approved the deal. I jump out my seat say, great where is my half? I you add $650 to the front end and Take $650 out of the back end. You cheated me.

Gary at this point is at a loss. He says he is not authorized to do anymore. It must go to customer relations (Aubrey). He says she will contact me in 24 hours. I wait 48 and start calling and leaving messages. Thursday, I get Heather, she tells me Aubrey just had a baby and she is covering for her. She says, she needs to talk to Gary and she will get back to me, same day. Later, that day Gary calls me and tells me he spoke to the owner and Chrysler is not going to honor the agreement.
