I purchased an item through the website bestdarnparts.com. I tried to get an order status for 3 weeks. All of the e-mails bounced back because their mail box was full. I called left a message then I called again the next day and their voice mail box is full. I have been calling everyday for 3 weeks and the voice mail is aways full. They are a rip-off!!!
I also believe that they stole my credit card number and made fraudulent purchases through internet sites for products and services. They say that they are a BBB member. They are NOT members of the BBB and they have several complaints listed with the BBB for bad customer service.By the way, I also never received the item I purchased more than a month ago.
