I placed an order on 5/7/09 and only received a partial order. After checking my tracking number and seeing that my order was complete, I made numerous attempts to contact them via phone over several days. Their phone (866-846-6300) re-loops you in their voice mail telling you that all voice mail boxes are full and to email them. Upon emailing them several times, it gets rejected.
I contacted my credit card company and they gave me two other phone #'s to call in the 610 area code (610-970-5070 and 610-831-1557), both of which are "disconnected and no further information is available."
I also attempted to phone the company on the partial item I received and it does not match the item on the label... So who knows what you are actually getting in your product or if it is safe! I also could not talk to a live person and only got voice mail for the name of a different company than what was listed on the label of the item I ordered, which is an over-the-counter medication/supplement.
This company has multiple complaints on other web sites with similar problems and appears to be a scam. This company should be investigated further and shut down. I encourage everyone to report any problems they have to help shut down this scam.
