Flowers received looked nothing like the website photo

I received flowers from my son today. Love and Laughter flowers and vase. I got 4 roses and some twigs. So I went to their website and saw what it was supposed to look like. Can we say rip off?

I went to their "Live Chat" and got Nicole. I told her I have pictures of what was sent to me. So she supplied me an email address to send the pics to. I asked a few more questions but got no response.

I am telling my son to do a chargeback. He paid over 60 for this so-called arrangement that my 4 year old grandson could have done better making.

Do not ever order from Bloomex. It is nothing more than a scam!
