On may 10 i ordered from bloomex an arrangement to be delivered the same day to my mother.
It did not get delivered until one day after mothers day.
What a joke
bloomex black lists people with complaints from live chat
bloomex does not return phone calls to resolve this issue.
I suggest calling your local florist and avoiding ordering from bloomex.
Lets see how long they stay in business without any customers.
I am very disappointed, and will be filing a complaing with consumer and corporate affairs.
As far as i am concerned bloomex has lost my business and everyone else i can tweet and blog to, ensuring bloomex will fail in the future. I hope they enjoy bankruptsy
