Had some freight arrive by UPS freight. Front door is 10 feet from the curb. Driver brought the boxes inside. This was a prepaid shipment at about $65. Then I get a bill from UPS Freight for $103 for inside delivery. Called Customer service, and was told that the driver indicated on the paperwork and initialed that it was inside delivery.
If this wholesaler didn't have contract with UPS Freight, I would certainly not use them. The $103. Is outrageous, especially when it could have been put on the sidewalk, and we brought it inside, but he just brought it in.
