I decided to place a flower order on www.bloomex.ca for delivery to my niece in Ottawa. The website was quick to access, very easy to use. It took me less than 10 minutes to put my entire order through. I got emails from Bloomex Ottawa updating me about my order. At 4, my niece called to let me know she got the flowers, and thanked me. She said they were absolutely marvellous. I am quite satisfied with my experience at Bloomex.ca, and will use them in the future.
