The buttons on the driver side door malfunctioned and went out totally. I brought it in to Journey Ford in Novato CA and was told 5 wires were too short and frayed/came apart. They would extend those wires at a cost of over $400.00. I called Ford Motor Company to complain. Their answer: Sorry there is nothing we can do at this time.
