I ordered sympathy flowers for a friend who's father passed away only to find out that my credit card was charged twice. I called Bloomex who said it was a paypal issue as their payments go through paypal. They informed me they only had one charge on their end. They told me that a few customers had called with the same complaint. They said it was not their problem and that I had to call my mastercard to take it up with paypal. I called mastercard and they informed me I had to call paypal directly first. So I called paypal and they told me they had no record of any charges at all! So I called mastercard back and they opened up a dispute claim and have issued me a temporary credit. The whole process will take approximately 60-90 days. Bloomex was NOT AT ALL helpful and basically told me it was my problem. Nice customer service! What a waste of time. I will never order from them again. Brutal service. Not what I expected from a big flower company.
