Scam No item Lost $350.00 Blame lost to shipper, company got money back and Didn't refund Ripoff

I bought a pocket bike online from ebay about 8 months ago. He send tracking number waited 4 month and than sent item and item was lost for 2 moths and Company got money back and he never refund money back. I lost about 360 dollars
