My ebay seller sent the wrong item. Didn't want to refund.
I openend a claim. Paypal said to ship the item back to the seller. I did. I supplied online tracking site. Everything went smoothly.
40 days later they colse the case and refused to give my refund to me. I asked why and they said that I didn't supply valid tracking info. I appealed and sent them a fax showing the tracking info online with a status of delivery and the receivers name!
Then they replied that the info was being sent by me out of the time frame. The shiping was made the same day that I filled the data. They say that they won't reopen the case (they would have to admit their error...).
I lost my money due to their incompetence.
