I won an auction from Mr. Charles Locke which was for a new, sealed 20 GB-Apple IPOD. Mr. Locke who 'was' known on e-bay as MrEman. He had sold thousands of items on e-bay, and had a favorable rating on E-bay. He was also a SquareTrade member which is supposed to represent a safe seller because square trade is supposed to refund any money lost to a member of theirs. I have been denied any return from Square Trade.
I paid for the item and he said it would take about 6 weeks for me to recieve the item. After 5 weeks I contacted him for the tracking number which he still hadn't given me. He told me that it got lost in shipping and he would send me another one. At this poing I threatend him to either give me a full refund, or send it overnight. At this point he severd all communication with me and stopped returning e-mails.
He terminated his account with Ebay, and Square Trade, and I'm having trouble tracking him down, but I won't stop. I dont care if I have to spend more money tracking him down, than he already took from me.
