I won a bidding for a motorola Razr on 3/3/06 for $243.50. I paid the seller the next day by money order because she claimed her PayPal acct had been taken over by someone. I 2 day shipped her the money w / a tracking number which i emailed her the same day. I paid a total of 244. Waited and waited and no phone. She kept in contact but told me she would be going on vacation soon.
Last email to her was 3/16 to let her know i still hadn't received the phone. She never responded till i gave a negative feedback and filed claim through ebay. She has never given me a tracking number and she said she shipped priority when the auction was for next day shipment.
Ebay denied claim because they said since item was lost in mail i'm not eligible for a refund. Pure BS! And seller was really rude about anything having to do with a refund. She thinks she can get away with this while i'm out 244. Think again!
