Wrongfull termination and discrimination

I was employed by staffmark on 6 11 2007 thru RR donelly for about 19 months 1 yr and 7months within that short period i became a lead and then 2nd shift supervisor. I started with a pay of $7.50 hrly up to $17.50 hr rate. My overall performace was excellent (my shifts production pay incentives, were based on our production outcome on a weekly basis) therefore i was getting payed my rate plus varied incentives. I became a lead 2 months after i was hired earning $12 hr and between the months of march and june i carried the shift as a supervisor with the lead position/pay since i was the only lead able to run the floor and the only lead employed at time. Because of my outstanding outcome and performance i was given the position as a supervisor on or about june/july with a $15 hr pay, later in oct the dist manager gave me a $2.50 raise salary promised pay at $17.50. I work for output solutions which only has 2 shifts and i just need to mention that our site won 3 universal trophies/awards for highest output and won 3rd quarter award within all staffmark sites which shows i was a part of... On dec while i was inquiring about our incentive pays that were not payed out to employees and myself on my shift to human resource on site, i noticed not only that but that i never got my $2.50raise, human resource admit mstake and payed 4 mnths on jan. Between that time my manager and his wife were acting very hostile towards me and were upset that i was questioning my pay.in the mist of this i requested my vacation pay out which i earned since i was backed up on bills due to holidays. Jan i got called in to human resource and was told by my manager that corp made a sudden decision that i can no longer get salary and that i would be working back on the clock. Because of how i indifferent i was being treat i requested proof from corp something in writing never got it i requested 3 times never got anything i went to the district manager complaining of my manager and his wifes actions towards me and also wanted to see if he could get me something in writing never got anything. The next 2days my shift was cancelled with available work and my hours were purposely dropped on feb 9 my assignment was over and i was terminated with no explanation i applied for uc benefits and human resource claims i that i voluntary quit in which i didnt. I have former and present employees that are willing to speak up and would love to see something get done i dont know what steps i have to take i need help..
