General Manager - MANAGERS

I was an employee at store #1218 on Sandy plains road, Marietta Georgia. The General Manager (Greg/John Comer) was very rude to employees.
For instance, he made a rule that one was not allowed to change shifts with another employee without his approval. So some employees would ask another employee to work, (Me for example) and I would show up, and he would say "You didn't get it approved (and sit there complaining at whoever came in) Yet

1: The shift was covered
2: The one who asked me to work should of asked for approval
3: As long as a shift is covered, it shouldn't matter.

Also, I started going to college and could only work weekends, and so I told him that, but I also had something friday or sunday night. The first weekend away, he scheduled me to close back-line. I had said many times, I cannot close back-line, mainly because it's so late, and I had no experience. So I called him up, and he said I needed to cover my shift. Well I said I can only work til 10, I had a hockey game at 10:45.

He told me he felt sorry for me, and I needed to grow up. Anyways, that friday night came along, and I went in to work, asked the shift managers who was coming in at 10 for me, and they said nobody. So I called him, and he said he "had" it covered but now needs to find someone else... So I told him that tonight was my last night, because this wasn't going to work between him scheduling me shifts he knows I can't work, and the store being run so poorly.
He then told me that if I didn't finish out my shifts (the ones he scheduled me on over the weekend) that I could not use him as a reference. So I said, that's fine I have other references, and won't bite into his black mailing. So he then called up the store, and told a shift manager that I needed to leave the store right now, and not come back. But the shift manager didn't know how to cover the shift, so I said I would not leave them short a person, and that I was staying. He said he wanted this because I was calling him a "bad manager" and "yelling" at him over text messaging. I showed the Shift manager what I had been saying, and he said "yeah you never said or did either of those things" (I showed him the texts back and forth) So basically, he wanted me to leave because I was quitting. He had done this to another employee that quit as well, who tried coming back in the store, and was asked to leave.

Speaking of the other employee, he quit due to the some of the same reasons, (He was my best friend, so he told me everything, as well as me seeing it all)
However, the thing that strikes me the most, was that Greg went somewhere out of state with an employee (because he knows him outside of work) after telling my friend that he couldn't go, even though we were told managers couldn't hang with employees outside of work. So he tells an employee he can't have off to go, then he goes. There are plenty of employees I am sure who would agree with this. Feel free to contact me.
