I visited this Popeyes Chicken location on Thursday August 2. Nothing has changed for the better! When they first opened, they obviously couldn't keep up with the large flow of customers considering that we would have to wait forever to get service let alone a piece of chicken. We would sit in the drive thru line for an hour on to be served by a teenager who spent more time talking to his or her co-workers. Well now, you can pull right on up to the window with absolutely no wait, but here's the catch. The food was horrible.initially the manager screams to window with her hand on her hip, tell them there is no spicy would they take mild. What? Are you serious? I thought the choices should be made by the CUSTOMER. The bad part about that is it happens too often! Then, the rice had a deep green color and it was dry and the container was half full! Oh and the chicken had a big feather hair thing hanging off of it and it was cold. Try calling this a meal. That establishment needs help.
