Dry Old Chicken and Soggy Fries at Pacoima Location

I had never been to Popeyes, so I decided to try it. The chicken was old, like it had sat under a heating lamp all day. The white meat was so dry I couldn't even eat it. The biscuits were hard and not fresh. You can tell when biscuits are fresh. They're soft. The french fries were soggy, with no crunch at all. Needless to say, my first experience at Popeyes was horrible. I don't plan on going back. This was the Popeyes at Laurel Canyon and Van Nuys in Pacoima, CA.
