We ordered out for delivery for our friends last night. We ordered all chicken items.
Instead they sent us Pork on one item - I could not call and complain with company over and instead called the next day. First a lady answered, raised her voice at me and then told me her manager will call me in half hour. I told her I did not like her yelling at me when I am the customer.
The manager did call back on time and also raised his voice at me, told me I did order Pork, I told him we never order pork that it is their mistake. I asked for money back when manager told me it is my fault.
Manager kept raising his voice at me most all of phone call. Told me to never order from his restaurant again. I got veyr upset as I did nothing wrong and should not be verbally abused.
Finally manager said he will send driver to pick up the pork food. We still have some left but I told him we throw out most of it last night. He insist to send driver to my house to pick it up and then he will refund.
This is stupid and very bad, it is wrong and I feel verbally abused... They sent the wrong order and I have to be abused?
I do not know if I will recieve my refund or not at this point. Nobody should have to go thru this abuse, especially if you paid for the food you ordered.
