I Called this establishment wanting an order delivered. The woman taking the order (who is supposedly the manager) confused my order of a honey chicken combo with pork fried rice and egg roll (large), not a difficult order to figure out, When the food arrived I had a massive amount of chicken and no fried rice or egg roll. I called to try and fix the situation, hoping to receive my husbands fried rice and egg roll free of charge.instead of having good costumer service and admitting she had made a mistake and correcting it, she went on to argue with me for 20 minutes about how when you change an order to large it doesn't come with fried rice or egg roll, not having told me this before I spent ten dollars on a ridiculously large amount of chicken. She refused to refund the money, and she refused to replace the order. Last week I placed an order with this same establishment and the food didn't arrive for over an hour, we live right down the street. This has been the poorest costumer service from an establishment i have encountered in a long time. Never eating here again!
