Failure to please a customer of his belief

I do not eat pork and whn I asked could my meat (turkey) be cut on another machine that
pork is not cut on I was told NO. They refused to so do when they had clearly enough
meat cutting machines in plain view available. The manager was called and his response was no and that was not a kosher meat. He then added that the machines were cleaned already. How can they refuse to please a customer of that if they don't eat pork.
