Pizza Hut Complaint - Everything was wrong

On May 22, I placed an order for delivery at my local Pizza Hut {3507 E. Milwaukee St., Janesville, WI (608)-756-5511}. I ordered a medium thin crust pizza with pork topping and mushrooms. I also requested one order of cheese bread {but they brought something else instead} and an order of mild "bone-in" chicken wings. All items were delivered on time, but all the food was cold. I notified the Manager and he refused to believe my complaint. I was unable to eat the food as I became sick when trying to do so. I requested a full refund and offered to return the non-eaten food to the store. Because I do not drive, I let the store know that they would have to pick up the food if they needed proof that the food had not been totally consumed. I will NEVER order from this store again due to poor customer service, for failure to provide me with the "correct" food order, due to the cold food and due to the rude behavior of the Manager while talking with him on the phone. From this point on, NO personnel from this Pizza Hut location, is allowed on the grounds where I live.in addition, NO personnel, from that store, is allowed to contact me by telephone. The ONLY contact that will be allowed is either by mail or via an e-mail. I prefer that you do not share my e-mail address with the Pizza Hut responsible for this complaint.
