Today I was looking for a cake at DQ on 1760 Marine Dr Wst Vancouver BC and they didn't have it in stock. When an employee kindly agreed to call Park Royal DQ to find out if they had it, John (he's the bossy guy wiith long hair, apparently the son of the manager) told her not to call and just give me the phone # so I can call myself, although it wasn't busy and she already picked up the phone. Since DQ is a franchise, one restaurant probably doesn't care about the revenue of other DQ restaurants, but is this a good customer service?
