I went to Dairy Queen yesterday (Valentine's Day) in Menomonee Fall, WI to buy a heart shaped cake. I had a coupon to use on it & assumed that I could, being it was good on any cake except the logs and the cashier had to get a manager to decide... The manager walked over & told me that this is gonna be the last year for these heart shaped cakes because of people like me trying to use these coupons on them, and they are loosing money over this. I said that now I'm done buying cakes from this location thank you very much. HOW RUDE! My family was very disappointed that I didn't come home with a cake, but there was NO way after that comment.
