DAIRY QUEEN NOT HAVING ICE CREAM and a GM not caring about his customers!

We went to Dairy Queen Store #40935,5252 Fairbanks, El Paso, Tx, for dinner and some blizzards on Sept. 8. We stood in line for 20 minutes in the drive thru and didn't mind, but saw different cars leaving without ordering. So, I finally got up to order my food and blizzards, I was informed that it will be a 5-10 minutes wait to get my blizzards and informed me that the ice cream would be watery. Ok, So, I then ordered Orange Julius and the employee said that we couldn't order that either and can only order food orders! What, have you seen a Dairy Queen not having ice cream.!!! Wow. We always go to this location 2-3 times a week, but not anymore. So, I left without ordering and called this store and spoke with the manager on duty and she gave me the GM cell phone number and left a message for him to call me the same day. So, I went to another fast food restaurant and ordered dinner and they ACTUALLY had ice cream. On 9-10-13, the Temporary Manager called me and she said that her GM told her to call me and would pay for my food and blizzard order. I asked her why haven't the General Manager called me instead, because it is his store. She informed me that he also had several other stores, so that means that he doesn't care about his customers and just blowing me off and not calling me. I informed her that maybe next time their machines aren't working, please post a sign for us, the customers, so we are aware of the situation before we stay in line for so long. So, I called Dairy Queen Corporate Consumer Complaints and informed them that I still haven't heard from the General Manager. Today, I called and complaint and informed them that I still have not heard from the GM of store #40935. You know, we as customers are paying for his wages and he does not have any customer service and much less have 5 minutes to call me. He seems like he doesn't want to be bothered by his customers complaints. I will not go to Dairy Queen and there is several other fast food places that ACTUALLY have ice cream on hand for their customers. You know, its been 8 days and haven't heard from the GM and I called 3 times to Dairy Queen Corporate Consumer Complaints to informed
them and to update their records.
