When I ordered a cone at Dairy Queen, Hyde Park, NY, he told me to speak up. When I did, he said there wasn't anything wrong with the speaker, it was me. When I got my cone, he dropped some of the change on the ground and said he wasn't going to give me the rest of it. He refused to tell me his name nor the name of the regional manager. This is no way to treet a paying custmer.
