My husband an I went to dinner at Applebees for the first time. It took our server at least 10 min to even come to our table to greet us, then another 10 just to being us our drinks. We placed our order; appetizer, 2 meals, and a small dessert. After 20 min he brings out our dessert first saying the meals weren't ready. He then brings out my husbands meal only and it was cold. About 5 min later he brings my meal. We asked where our appetizer was and he said he forgot to place the order. So we told him to just forget it. The manager came by and asked us how everything was and we told her what happened with the meals and forgetting the appetizer and all she said was, oh well thanks for coming in! I was shocked she didn't even try to apologize! When our server gave us the check he told us to go online and do the survey to be entered to win $1000, he actually said " you're not going to win but just go fill out the survey anyways!" The service was horrible, the food was cold and we will never be going back to Applebees. I can think of many other ways to waste my money!
