My husband and I went to the Cheesecake Facory. At the Palisades Mall, West Nyack, NY on 11/28/10. Had a great meal and the best waitress, Sumita B. Were were asked to fill out a survey and we would receive a $10.00 gift card. Needless to say no matter what site I went to there was no survey or a place to enter the survey code 80111-26014. If you want feedback from your customers correct this error. I did not want the restaurant or our waitress to not be give the credit they deserve which is why I am writing this.
I think it would be the right thing to d if you send my e the $10.00 gift card I was promised.
