I was given aa receipt which offered an opportunity to complete a survey at www.thecheesecakefactory.com/feedback. I tried to get to the site but nothing on it let me do the survey. My survey code was 0002-30001-14033. Participating would have earned me a #10.00 gift card. Why is this so hard and confusing. I feel I wasted a lot of time for nothing.
