Requested at drive thru at Josey Street area in Farmers Branch, Tx, large pothole at support screen, required more than 8 units at lunchtime to organize purchase. Unfavorable worker never apologized for wait or seemed to have any curiosity about customer support, just like a "Thanks" or every other courtesy.
Came house with order, cookie and poultry strip were missing from order. Like a reward they didn't give a bill.
Named Popeye's customer support and talked to some excellent woman who'd simply no expert to deal with my issue. All she might do was "defeat my criticism and publish it to administration".
Allegedly "administration" might assess my criticism and contact me when they considered me worth meals replacement.
Imagine I wasn't deserving simply because they never named.
No further visits to POPEYES CHICKEN & COOKIES for me personally!
