On 6/08 we visited the Popeyes Chicken in Keller, TX. We put our purchase within the drive-thru and was requested to draw forward simply because they needed to prepare our purchase of Evil Poultry. She stated it'd be three minutes. We yanked forward and waited for 12 units. They ultimately arrived on the scene with this purchase. I requested the supervisor why it required 12 minutes for what were informed might get three minutes. Her reaction was "We'd to prepare your additional purchase (chicken supper) simply because they had provided the final chest to some client that got thru the plunge thru after us". I stated is not it traditional to assist the folks that had settled first. She stated "I'm sorry but that's what happened". I inquired if that's all she'd to express and he or she said yes. I subsequently informed her that I'd be calling her corporate workplace. She stated "That's good, do that which you need to do".
I called Popeyes after I got home. I talked to some customer support representative that required all of the data. She explained that somebody could be calling me within 48 hours. It's currently 6/15. I still haven't noticed from anybody from Popeyes. I suppose this displays the Business's problem about their customers (former today). We shall never return due to their insufficient problem.
