I ordered from the Popeyes at 8732 S. Stony Island Ave. on 6/10. When I got home, part of my order was missing. I called the manager, and she was very rude and said it was not her fault and that she did not pack the order.
That will be my last time at Popeyes. If you are the manager, you are responsible for what your employees do. In the first place, I had to pull over to the side and wait 15 minutes. That was no problem. So the order should have been packed right with that amount of time to do so. Manager, do your job and do not blame the employees.
