On June 21st 2006 my family and I visited this establishment for dinner, we are regular customers to this restaurant and eat dinner at least twice a week there, my family and I ordered our meal and waited one hour and twenty minutes for the order to come, after waiting 45 minutes I asked the waitress where our order was and it was explained that it somehow did not get put into the computer for the cooks to begin cooking, after waiting, and waiting our order arrived to our table and it was not complete as ordered and was cooked totally wrong.
My last three visits to this Steak House have been nothing but a bad experience with service and quality, I recommend that anyone wanting a good steak and excellent service visit the in Kansas City and at all costs avoid the Independence Hereford house.
