My family took me to dinner at Red Lobster for my Birthday, my son and I ordered the same thing, the peppercorn steak and shrimp. I had the roasted potatoes which where soggy. My son and I both ordered our steak rare, he's came out looking great, 1 1/2 to 2 inchs thick and cooked perfect, mine was 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and cooked to medium. After about ten to fifteen minutes the waitress came by and I showed her my steak. She went to talk to the manager and said that they would replace it, well, after another ten minutes the steak [ which should only take 4-5 minutes tops ] finally came out and the familly was ready to go, so I got it to go. When I got home I cut into it and it was cooked medium again. So I just want to say THANKS for a nice birthday.
