Manchester CT Applebee's, 191 Deming Road. As a former employee at this same store, I expected to see service like I was used to, also being a former customer. Walked in to the most uninvited greeting ever. Sat down after close to 15 min waiting for a server for drinks. Another 25 minutes waiting and no server nor drinks, so we walked out after waiting close to 45 minutes. I called in to let the manager on the floor know my complaint and had the phone slammed in our face before a manager was able to pick up.
