7-25 I went to Applebees in Slidell LA. With my wife and kids. Everything was normal, we all ordered but when the food came, my son's chicken tenders were slightly pink in the middle so I asked the server to send them back. She apologized and had them replaced immediately. We didn't mind because we all had plenty fries to hold him over until he got his tenders. Later when we were all finished eating we decided to order dessert. I ordered The blue ribbon brownie and the triple chocolate meltdown. When they arrived, the meltdown was still frozen in the middle and the ice cream was melted on both dishes. We didn't mind waiting for more so I asked our server to have them replaced. She apologized and said she would have a manager fix it right away. While we were waiting for our dessert the manager came out, his name is Scott Viola. I remember this very clearly because when he arrived at our table he was visibly irritated. He very rudely asked what my problem was, so I explained about the desserts and the kid tenders. When I was finished talking, he was quiet for a few seconds then said "... And?" This made me quite angry so I told him we didn't want the desserts anymore and just bring us our check. At that he said "Fine we don't need your business" then he cleared his throat obnoxiously making spit fly from his mouth onto my wifes plate. Then as he turned to walk away, he very loudly passed gas right next to my sons face. We normally eat at Applebees 2 or 3 times a week and have never had an experience like this. We have always loved Applebees but because of this Scott Viola fellow I doubt we will ever eat at an Applebees again.
