I was not able to find the location of Saudi franchising in the location options listed below, but I'm sure my complaint will reach the right people to solve this issue. I have been a customer of Dunkin Donuts for a very long time in Saudi Arabia and everywhere in the world. A few weeks ago I had an incident at the Dunkin shop in Saudi Khobar Jesser branch (near King Fahad Causeway). I caught the employee who works there especially in the morning, who is from Bangladesh, stealing and cheating a customer on the bill: he said it was 44 SR and then, when the customer left, he recorded the bill as 39 SR. I saw this and immediately told him this is not good, then I left the shop. Today, Jan 13, 2014 at 6:25 in the morning, I asked him for coffee and double choco, but he was so rude and eventually I was attacked physically by the guy. Therefore, I seek your help to refer this to whomever it might concern in the Saudi franchise and take immediate action regarding this employee.
