Company not taking responsibilty to their serve

I wrote to company -Good day Sir i do appreciate your assistance here i will log in to Sort this issue my frustration is and pleaseescalate for me i spent 2 Gigs of data on Registering a product i already own i Want to be reimbursed on the data i spent (as data is expensive i use telkom mobile) as your server was not responding u can investigate internally as well or i am taking this matter up to the Consumer board as You guys, Microsoft and the data Service Providers are making business out of innocent hard working people and we need to contribute to the upgrading of your websites in data bundles which are Expensive so please find out from your managers how you are going to Reimburse me i want money to purchase the data i have lost - thank you
I am awaiting for them to refund me as it is my data i have to waste which i cannot afford and they don't want to refund me
